For after-hours service placed at 4:00pm, I was quoted $355 over the phone ($255 normal business hours). After meeting the service tech, they stated $395 for after hours service. I was told I’d receive a text message with the Tech arrival time, that did not happen. They pulled in the driveway at exactly 5:00pm, which makes me wonder if they could have arrived sooner, but saw an opportunity for an up-charge. The Techs identified the issue quickly and offered solutions. They worked quickly, but the placement of backflow valve on the sump pump does not allow the lid to properly align and close. I’d say the service was generally good, but not a good value and I would likely not recommend Putman and Sons in the future.

Dewayne and Tim did an awesome job installing a new 50 gallon hot water heater, replacing an old 40 gallon. I just had my house painted and they made sure to be extra careful going down the stairs. They were professional and worked super clean. Dewayne took the extra time to locate and show me where my main water and gas shut off valves were located in the event I ever needed to turn them off. He also, located my clean outs and explained that, in the event that I may ever have a backup up. I highly recommend Putman Plumbing!

The team at Putman and Sons Plumbing is awesome. I had a very slow flow in my toilets and they came and helped me choose a good brand that would be durable and last. They were also very knowledgable and fast with installation. I have had no troubles since! Thanks guys!

Great company from the start to the finish. Schedulers were polite and worked with me. They called and let me know the guys were running a bit late due to an emergency plumbing situation at another job. Stayed in constant contact till the guys arrived. The two plumbers that came to my house were very professional, they did a great job explained everything and completed it in a timely manner. Best part is they charged me 1000$ less than another plumbing company. Honestly just use these guys, they don’t mess around, they won’t take advantage of you, they have plenty or work so they aren’t there to milk the clock. I had an emergency on Sunday after hours. Putman & Son’s were the only company willing to come out and take care of my burst pipe so I would have water. Tony was the best. I expected hours of work and a huge bill, but Tony said he loved a challenge and was able to investigate where the shut offs were for the pipes and fix it so I would never have to worry about these pipes ever bursting again. The cost was reasonable for the time spent and will definitely call every time for help. It was nice to see someone who loves their work and willing to go the extra mile to see it done.

Whenever I have plumbing needs Putman and Sons is who I call. I recently had two toilets installed and also had my line to the street cleared by hydro jetting. Each person I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. So when my shower wasn’t working, naturally I called them. They came the same day as my phone call and what could have been an expensive lesson turned into an act of kindness. The plumber pointed out the shower head buttons were stuck and not fully depressed. Problem solved in under one minute. Embarrassing for me but the office told him to wish me a good day. That is a family business with a heart. Thank you. Trusted, reliable, and so good at what they do.

Had a sump pump issue. Called on the weekend and was given great advice so I didn’t have to get charged the emergency rate unnecessarily. Called to schedule on Monday morning and they rearranged their schedule to fit me in. Tony and Brett came out that morning and replaced my sump pump. Was informative and helpful. Would highly recommend.
